MARUTEN VIETNAM is committed to providing quality products and professional after-sales services. The return policy below is applied to protect the legitimate rights of customers in case of technical errors, order errors or product exchange needs according to regulations.

1. Conditions for return and exchange

You can request exchange or return product in the following cases:

Product has technical error, damage due to manufacturer Still within the specified period, unused
Products are broken or dented during transportation. Send feedback within 24 hours of receiving the goods
Wrong product, quantity, model delivered Product is unused and in original packaging.
Customers want to change to another product Applicable to unused products, within 3 days (not applicable to custom-made products)

2. Time and return process

  • Time to receive request: Within 03 days from receipt of goods.

  • Return processing time: Maximum 07 working days from receipt of product.

Procedure:

  1. Send return request via email: sales.maruten.vn@gmail.com or hotline: +84 961 365 128.

  2. Provide information: Order code, product image, reason for return.

  3. We verify and notify the handling plan.

  4. Send the product to the instructed address for exchange/return.

3. Return costs

  • In case of error from MARUTEN VIETNAM (defective product, wrong delivery): We bear all shipping costs two ways.

  • In case customers change products according to personal needs: Customer payment two way shipping fee, the new product must be of equal or higher value than the purchased product.

4. Products are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Used product, damaged by user.

  • Products are designed or ordered according to individual requirements (printed logo, special size…).

  • Products included in the program Clearance sale – no returns, will be notified prior to purchase.
